Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Administrative Head of the Finance and Accounts Department and must be a qualified Accountant
  • Serves as the Chief Financial Adviser to the Local Government
  • Supervision of the accounts of all departments, to ensure conformity with financial memoranda and other regulations.
  • Prepares and publishes monthly and annual financial statements of the Local Government/Local Council Cheque and other financial documents.
